DESCRIPTION

This is lenswork by English artist, Jamie F, who maps the Gozitan coast with the eyes of a painter combined with the sharp focus of a traditional camerawork. He brings to light the quality behind the ordinary, uncovering the curves and angles of pre-cognitive experience. This exhibition is a celebration of the underlying mystery that is the soul of the island of Gozo.

 ABOUT THE ARTIST

Jamie F, from Newcastle, England, retreats to the island of Gozo, where he rediscovered his oeuvre after many barren years in the wilderness. Gozo provides him with the vital tranquility which allows access to the deep seated beauty inherent in the world.
